Brandy began to be distilled in France circa 1313. By that time, it was prepared only as a medicine and was considered as possessing such marvellous strengthening and sanitary powers that the physicians named it “the water of life,” (l'eau de vie) a name it still retains. ST-MARK Brandy has a traditional age grading system, Aging in wooden containers deepens colour to amber, the use of paraffin-lined casks or earthenware maintains the original clear colour, and the addition of a caramel solution darkens colour.

The distillation of Whisky which is also spelled as Whiskey dates back to 2000 BC. The art of distillation was founded in ancient Mesopotamia. Since then, the process has seen numerous improvements. Whisky is typically aged in wooden casks, which are often old sherry casks or may also be made of charred white oak. Whisky is generally made from fermented grain mash. Various grains that may be malted are used for different varieties, including barley, corn, rye, and wheat.

The whiskeys produced by ST-MARK are distinctive in character because of differences in the method of production, the type and character of the quality malted grains, the premium quality and character of the water employed.
In general the Vodka, that is clear and colourless and without definite aroma or taste, ranging in alcoholic content from about 40 to 55 percent. Because it is highly neutral, flavouring substances having been mainly eliminated during processing, it can be made from a mash of the grains and most readily available. Traditionally it is made by distilling the liquid from cereal grains that have been fermented, with potatoes arising as a substitute in more recent times.

ST-MARK Premium Gin tends to be flavoured with botanical/herbal, spice, floral or fruit flavours or often a combination. It is most commonly consumed mixed with tonic water.
Rum is a liquor made by fermenting then distilling sugarcane molasses or sugarcane juice. The distillate, a clear liquid, is usually aged in oak barrels. Most rums are produced in Caribbean and North and South American countries, but also in other sugar-producing countries, such as the Philippines, India, and Taiwan.
Rums are produced in various grades. Light rums are commonly used in cocktails, whereas "golden" and "dark" rums were typically consumed straight or neat, iced ("on the rocks"), or used for cooking, but are now commonly consumed with mixers. Premium rums are made to be consumed either straight or iced.
